Our core service involves uploading photos of your physical rooms to generate visual previews of furniture. We use these uploaded image files strictly for the purpose of executing the visualization request in real-time.

• We do not utilize your room photos to train generalized machine learning models.
• We do not share your physical space images with third parties or merchants.
• Your photo is used only to create your preview and is discarded thereafter unless explicitly saved to your account.

2. No Resale of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, including email addresses, phone numbers, or uploaded images, to third parties. Our business model relies on directing high-intent traffic to mercantile partners, not on data brokering.

3. User Control

You retain the right to control your data. If you have created an account, you may request the full deletion of all associated data, including any saved processing histories or stylistic preferences, by contacting us at contact@simulafly.com. We will execute this request within 30 days.

4. Cookies and Tracking
