SimulaFly provides a digital visualization platform allowing users to simulate the placement of furniture and home decor items within user-uploaded images of their personal spaces. We operate as a decision-support layer and do not directly sell or manufacture the physical products shown.

2. Mercantile Redirection

When you select a product to purchase through our platform, you will be redirected to the corresponding third-party merchant's website. SimulaFly is not responsible for the fulfillment, shipping, quality, or return policies of physical items purchased from third-party merchants.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload any photos to our platform. You agree not to upload images containing personally identifiable information of third parties without consent, or any prohibited/illegal material.

4. Intellectual Property

All original technical infrastructure, interface designs, branding, and proprietary algorithms associated with SimulaFly remain the exclusive intellectual property of Simula Technologies LLP.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for high-fidelity spatial and color accuracy in our visualizations, screens and environmental lighting vary. SimulaFly cannot guarantee exact color mapping or centimeter-accurate physical proportions. Visualizations are informational, and final purchase decisions remain at the sole risk of the user.
